Someone came up with a little gadget for the E39 accept screen so the same guy/company who did that one is probably working on one for the E60. Do some searching in here and in the E39 forum.

On a related issue, my dealer just updated my progman (CIP) to 20.02, and iDrive boots up much faster than before (18.0). Accept screen still there, but comes up very (relatively! ) quickly.

It only goes away on car with non-nav. With Nav, you have to get stuck with it.

Huh, I've had 20.02 for a week and a half now and hadn't noticed. I have to start paying attention.
