2004 530I with Salvage title headaches

I am new to this forum so if I am breaking any protocols, please forgive me. I fell in love with the E60 and looking not to pend $50G's, I opted to go the salvage car route. I retrospect, I would not have made the same decision today given the same opportunity.
I spent a total of about $33G's to get the car together. The car has 12,000 miles and the interior is in mint condition. I took some time to finish the project but the car came out pretty good. So far, the only issues I have is an airbag sensor and a seatbelt sensor.
Also, after I reset the clock to the current date, it triggered a service engine soon warnig. The service status menu indicated it's time for a microfilter change.
Natrually, I called the dealer to make an appointment. I wanted the to diagnose and fix the sensors issues (this I know is not coverred under warrranty) and service the car while it's there, thinking the service warning is still coverred under warranty.
The dealer refused to look at the car stating that will not honor the warranty since the car has a salvage title.
Does anyone have any similiar experience like this who can share some insight?
Do I really need the dealer to address these issue?
Can a competent mechanic shop with the right diagnostic machines service the car?
While I looking for the right mechanic, does the service warning impeed on the performance on the car in any way?
I attached before and after pics of the car.
I would appreciate any advise on the topic.

I would call BMWNA on this one and see what they tell you. I honestly have no clue! This could be yet another downside to picking up a salvaged car!!

AFAIK, no warranty work is granted for car with salvage tittle.
What I recommend it go to any local independent BMW shop since they have tools to diagnose what's going wrong. No need to panic.

How did you get the aluminum repaired?

The entire strut tower was replaced and had to be taken to a shop that does aluminum welds. Overall, they did a decent job. You can tell if you look carefully that there was work done but the structual integrity looks fine.
