 v24.1 unstable!?

Hi people...
I've updated my NAV to v24.1 and I must say it isn't all that. To be on the safe side you should download and update your NAV to v24. You can get it from the internet somewhere or go to this place -> www.bmwportal.net

Good luck!

You don't say what type of NAV computer you have. For some, V24.1 is the same as V24.

In any case, neither of those is the latest release - V25 has been out for some time now.

I'd also caution users to not downgrade the version of their navigation software - this may cause you to make a trip to the dealer to have your computer re-coded to US units.

Or you may find that you actually prefer the UK spec. I do.

That's certainly true, but having it "just happen" to unsuspecting folks by telling them to downgrade their software isn't reasonable,

I actually like the fact that it speaks in yards and doesn't have the Accept screen!

Oh, sorry, I have the MK2. But now I updated to v25. Can't see any difference there either...

You can get it at -> http://www.bmwportal.net
