Satellite Radio
I didn't order Satellite Radio as an option and my 2007 530 is now in production. Are the 07s "prewired" for Satellite Radio? If so, will dealer installation of the option give me all the features that ordering it from the factory have?

Prep option on my car but the Sirius module was not ready back in Dec 2003, so I had it installed almost a year later at the dealer. When you get it installed, you'll have to call Sirius to activate the radio. They will ask you which plan you want ( 1 yr, 2 yr etc.). Tell them you just got the radio with your new BMW and that you thought the first year was free. I did and the operator came and said you're right, first year free, you're all set... Worth asking, they may give it to you.
