Ultimate Driving Machine? Ha! This is driving nirvana.
Interesting thread, that 'Vette vs. BMW thing. But if all we are talking about is speed and handling, you need to consider the following car.
I read about it in a summer edition of Evo. It absolutely kills anything BMW or Porsche has. Evo raced it against the new M6, it wasn't even close. I've never seen such wild enthusiasm from the magazines that have reviewed it. And the car costs less than $50k USD.
After seeing the video, I feel like my 645 is a shopping cart. Which is ironic, because Ariel Atom looks like a shopping cart.

Yeah man!!! Did you read the reviews of the car from the website? I can completely agree after seeing that video. I've never been so excited by such a car. I'll see videos of a super car, or a BMW, and think, "Yeah, that's cool", but the Ariel Atom... I think "DAMN! Now that's fun. That's driving."
