  Passenger Retraint System Failure

 Passenger Retraint System Failure



This morning, I received a warning my passenger restraint system failed. I was advised by the warning to go to my interest BMW Dealer to fix it. It seems to be working fine, is there a way to turn the warning off until I have a chance to take it to a dealer. Has anyone else experienced such a problem.

I had this a while back. There is a SIB on this issue--they remove and clean the battery terminal connections. No issue since.

I posted this a few weeks ago. Do a search.. They had to replace the passenger sensor and seat cushion in my case. Took them no more than two hours.
