My new baby
Hi guys, I have been on this forum for awhile since I ordered my car. My dealer just called me and told me that it's in. A beautifull 530Xi black with tan, auto, nav, sat radio, comfort seats, etc. I went to see my baby and started the car. The car was not prepped yet. I hear a slight valve ticking. Sounds like one valve. The manager said not to worry, the car needs to be prepped and it will be fine. I had many new cars before but never heard a ticking valve on a new engine before. make sure your dealer checks it out.... Had a problem with a noise before 2 of my ignition coils went out and different times... enjoy your car

Black and Tan. Sounds like a very nice combination. The sound you here is probably nothing serious, but it's always a good idea to have it checked out, if not at least to ease your worries. Best wishes with your new bimmer!
