HELP! Which one to buy? 2- '04 545s to consider

I'm torn between two available '04 545s on which one to buy . Which would you consider to be a better deal and why?

Car 1: Titanium silver/blk, 7kmls, 6sp man, Sport, Navi, CWP, Logic-7 -CPO til Oct2010 -$50k

Car 2: Saph blk/blk, 29kmls, 6sp man, Sport, Navi, CWP, Sirius -CPO til Feb2010 -$43k

Complicating factors:
a) I'm a HUGE Sirius fan (have it in my 89 325ix) and really wanted it in the 5er. I don't believe that Car 1 even has the satellite prep pkg. Is it complicated, pricey, possible to install after the fact?
b) I've never heard either the base audio or the Logic-7 system in these cars and don't know how much weighting that option should carry.

Thanks!
Craig

The Logic 7 is very nice upgrade and car 2 without Logic 7 but w/Sirus should not be your only deciding factor. It may have Sirius, but what is the point if it sounds just OK. $7k more and you get way less miles better stereo and IMO the better color. You can get Sirius after the fact (check with dealer to 100%), but for me I have the “Sat Prep” and if I wanted Sirius it would cost about $400 + install.

Are the prices dealer/seller's asking price or are they prices after neogotiation?

There is no comparison between Titanium Silver and Black Saphire Metallic. TS is boring and BSM is beautiful. Ok, just kidding, no offense to anyone, it's subjective. I chose BSM because I like it best, nothing was a close second, but TS is very nice (but boring). The E60 looks best in dark colors imho. But dark colors look dirty fast - really fast. If pollen falls from the trees...it's noticeable.

I have L7 sound, and I'd get it again (you get a 6 CD changer). It's better than ok, but not enough to sway the decision if I had to make it. My '05 Sierra Denali has a BOSE system that is better in many ways, though it doesn't deliver the base punch as well as L7. What you play (how it was mastered) I *think* has much to do with how well L7 sounds. If I throw in AC/DC Back In Black, I am disappointed (even the "remastered" one). On the flip side, new CDs sound pretty good. Garbage in, garbage out. I can't comment on how sat would sound, but I imagine it would be good with L7, but you don't pose that combo in your alternatives. Perhaps you should consider waiting things out for the right combo?

My Sierra Denali has XM. I am completely sold on sat radio so I understand the importance. I nixed it on my car only because I was buying it as I was unemployed while my wife's water was about to break with our first child. I regret it - the sat prep, not the child.

29K mi seems a tad high if I were shopping for an '04. Mine has 16k fwiw. All things considered, I'd probably opt for the lower mileage.

Those prices seem pretty steep.

Have you considered a new 530. Yea I know......no V8, but with a 6 speed, the car is plenty quick enough for me. And you get new car warranty, cheap lease rates as a financing option, and most of the kinks have been worked out!

I got L7 and I think its awesome!!! Best car audio system I've ever heard and well worth the money.
