I am assuming you are getting some deal on them, the recommended sizes for 19's are:
245/35-19 (front)
275/30-19 (rear) This is what is on my ride and they fit perfectly.
Those sizes should fit because recommended widths for 20's are:
245/30-20
295/25-20
Call Tire Rack they will tell you if they would work or not.

they are off another car but it needs an adapter to fit. It is going from a 5-130 to 5-120 wheel bolt pattern. So It might be to much depending on how thick the adapter is and even if I can find one

I think you posted the front tire size incorrectly, did you mean to write 245/35-19? also the adapter deal is less than desireable.
