Service Advisor at Nalley BMW, Atlanta?
Hey guys, Got my 550 not long ago. Got a punctured run-flat even more recently (300 miles on the car before the puncture  ). I got the road hazard insurance with the car, so I'm covered there, but I would like any recommendations for Service Advisors there at Nalley. Anyone have good/bad experiences? I want to know my Service guy will care about my car as much as I do!  Thanks in advance! BTW, also thinking about getting Sirius installed while the car is there for the tire. Thanks again! | I've had decent experience with Scott Kuehl. Since they were assimilated into the Nalley group, I get the impression that some of the SA's are "transplants" from other dealerships in the chain, and are not as familiar with the BMW brand, but I could be totally wrong. Anyway, Scott seems to be very good about keeping me updated on work performed.
