 Couple I-drive questions

Just picked up my 530xiT yesterday after November Euro delivery.

Couple stupid I-drive questions:

Is there any way to "fast forward" through an individual track on a CD? All of my previous cars allowed you to "move" to a specific point within 1 track. Haven't figured out how to do this.

Any way to start a CD track over? If I turn the controller, or use the steering wheel buttons it moves to the previous track, not to the beginning of the currently playing track.

Other than this, I really LOVE I-drive. I don't understand what all the negative reviews are all about. I find it very intuitive, and I love not having a million buttons all over the place!

You can fast forward by holding in the next track button on the steering wheel or the button by the player itself.

I don't know how to start a track over off the top of my head.

The buttons on the steering wheel will start the track over rather than just jumping to the next song like turning the iDrive controller will.

Like kscarrol said, if you hit the down arrow button on the steering wheel once it will go back to the beginning of the track. Pushing the down arrow twice will take you to the previous track. Turning the iDrive knob skips tracks.

Totally agree with you Brian2468: The E60 I-Drive is very simple and intuitive. I drove a loaner 3 series, without I-drive, for a day and really missed my I-drive. Don't understand why all those journalists get so worked up.
