CRAPOLA!!!
BMW notified me that my 550i-6spd. would be delivered on 2-10 or 2-13. On way home from work today in my 540i-6spd., hit bad pothole and ruined the two right side Michelin PS2's. So I get the pleasure of buying two new PS2's that will be mounted the day of new car delivery/old car trade.
My fault - I'll take my lumps - I actually had to laugh a little bit about the irony of it all. And at least it wasn't the new car.

little story about bent rims...
March 2002, my wife great with child with our second daughter.
Being someone who does not need alot of sleep (5-6 hrs a night), but need QUANTITY of said sleep, I just knew my children would always be born at night.
Just like the first, about 2am wife jumps up and says it is time to go.
Throw the bags in the 540i6 and head out for the hospital.
She has the seat reclined and is huffing and puffing.
I'm doing about 85mph on a very straight, multi-lane wide road with zero traffic.
About 3 miles from the hospital I hit a BRICK in the road of all things. 
Shredded front right tire, bent rim. Slightly bent rear rim, tire OK. UGH.
Car handled like a dream, no problem coming to a very controlled stop out of the way.
I asked if I had time to change the tire, she says how long, I say 3 mins max.
She says fine, I get it all changed out and to the hospital. Three hours later my second popped out, safe and sound.
My little Lilly loves to hear that story and sometimes plays like she is changing the tire on her BMW Baby Racer.
BMW, nothing like it...
