My car was made after March of 04 so which phones, with Verizon, will work?
I have a treo 650.

I don't have it. Can I buy it and have it installed?

Has anyone seen where I can tap in to get power?
iPod installation:
Can I hardwire the ipod for better quality sound w/o the fm modulator and also get it powered through the car?
Display:
Who has figured out how to modify the display to allow for a video input? (DVD)
I know these are quite a few questions, but any help would be great.

I can answer two of your questions:
1. Treo 650 will work, although only the favorites will transfer to the BMW phone book.
2. The dealer can install an Auxiliary input for your iPod.

I'm pretty sure that adding both an aux input for your iPod and navigation is not possible -- they share something in common so that the aux input cannot be added to cars with navigation.
I have to imagine that adding nav would be VERY expensive. Unless money is no object, I'd forego that.

The AUX IN can be installed despite having NAV. There is no conflict.

if your car was made before 7/04 then you can not install an AUX input or bluetooth
