Should I buy this 2006 525i or wait for 2007 525i?
Well, I found a New 06 525i with automatic, sport, premium, navigation, satellite radio, and with color combination I want. The Dealer will sell it for $52,000 OTD, which includes an 8% California Sales Tax, and License fees, which would mean I would be buying it for $1100 over invoice.
Now, I have been reading that the MY 2007 is coming out in March. Should I wait for the new model year? Any suggestions?

Wouldn't wait - why miss out on all the driving fun between now and then! Doesn't seem to be any real noticable change in the MY07. I'm glad I got my MY06 in December - it's been a blast to have, and no regrets about the MY07.
