Has anyone noticed that if you put in to drive with foot on brake, slowly pulling out of your garage that there is a lurch after a couple of seconds where you feel like you may have a 1995 Audi 5000?

I was experiencing a HARD LURCH when I would come just shy of totally stopping at a stop sign and then give it throttle. The TSB about that called for a software update.
