Yes. Just get the part number from realoem.com and order that through your dealer. It'll be special order so you have to pay in advanced.

If you know what the option code is, you can try asking your sales guy if he can specifiy that in the order. Even if the sales person is willing/able to do that, it might get stripped out by the order nazi at BMW NA. Worth a shot though.
