We have Mystic blue with Auburn interior, and really love it. The one thing that I wish that we had added was the anthacite roof liner. With the auburn and black interior, the grey roof liner looks out of place.

I'm confused by a couple of things in this thread..... First, in the picture of mdsbuc's interior, the dash, steering wheel, door panels, etc. look decidedly BLACK. I test drove a 550i with the Auburn interior and looking at the pictures that I took of it, its interior was decidedly GRAY. Is this a trick of the lens, or a difference between the 550 and the 530?

Secondly, Slag talks about the "anthracite roof liner" and an Auburn and BLACK interior and the car having a gray roof liner now that looks out of place. I know that the wood trim can be had in Anthracite, but I'm not sure what the "roof liner" is that is referred to, and whether the type of wood chosen determines if the interior is black or gray (all of this with the selected Auburn interior).

Thanks.

Steve

Dash, steering wheel are black. Door panels are a mix of auburn and black. I think the pic shows that quite well. I have never had a problem with the look of the grey headliner. The color seems neutral, and I hardly ever notice it.
