My car has been at the VPC in Charleston for two weeks now. The dealer is telling me that they had to replace a wheel (damaged in transit) and are waiting for the part from Germany. I know that the holidays have probably caused some delays as well, but should I be worried? Is there any way to find out the full story of what happened to my car in transit? I'm worried about body/suspension damage. I called BMW NA, and they were absolulely useless. I have no reason not to trust my dealer (I'm guessing that they would like to sell this car before the end of the calendar year), but the delays are making me anxious.
