OK. Since I have crossed the 100 post requirement to post an Avatar, I tried to upload the image which was 120 x 57 pixels, 17KB in size. The image refuses to upload stating that I need a 120x90 pixels image. Huh!.
Any troubleshooting advice??. By the way, I searched the forum but was unable to find any advice for this scenario.

Hawk123, I'm surprised that someone hasn't helped you out on this. Unfortunately I'm not the one to do it. I just pasted a "stock" avatar from the Buccaneers' website and it worked. Maybe this should be posted in another forum? Good luck!

Maybe it "thinks" your piccie is 57 x 120 hence the error... (exceeds 90). This happened to me previously (not on current one of course!)

I think you may be right. My avatar is 16.3kb. When I resized the picture I just typed in the max values the error message gave me when I attempted to put in a picture that was too big. Maybe try it again...

So how does one fix this? What did you do when it happened to you?. I have been trying to compress the original image and have tried all combinations, but nothing seems to work.

Try this: Download the "Image Resizer" from here (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx) then go to advanced mode and type in the exact size you want to shrink the image down to. Worked for me.
