 iPod Connection Cable which cable do I need?



I'm connecting my iPod Nano to the aux audio which cable is going to give me the best sound quality and what size are the adapter ends?

You need a mini stereo (1/8") cable--be sure to get a shielded one. I use this one from Monster:

How does this hook up to the BMW?

It plugs in to the aux input.

Thanks Arn...so the aux input behind the head unit is RCA inputs? Anyone have a DIY on how to remove the headunit/route the wire? Also, does the software need to be updated to activate the aux input?

edit: I just talked to a tech and he looked up my car and it needs to have the Aux input installed and probably a software update. Its a 12 pin cable that is required.
