The more pictures I see of the auburn interior with the poplar wood, the more I think this would drive me nuts (I'm too type A, I guess) - I like the warmth of the poplar in a very stark, dry interior like the E60 has, but the clash would kill me. Any pictures of auburn interior with titanium or anthracite/ebony wood?
I personally think Auburn with the Poplar wood looks good!

I have an Orient Blue 545 sport w/ Auburn Interior and Dark Poplar wood. It never fails to elicit compliments from all that see it. I think it is really the best combo... of course I am pretty biased....

I have to agree with PKandCK, I have Alpine White w/ same interior and in short time I have had the car I have gotten a number of positive reactions!
I guess the auburn takes some getting used to if you are not instantly attracted to it.
