Glad to be a part of the forum!

Hello All

I have been reading threads from this forum for 6 months (seems like an eternity) while I dreamed of a White 550i - HOOKED!!!

Well, you can't always have everything, but I will settle for a 06' White 530i w/ Navi, Sport Pac, Cold Pac, Back-Up Censor, etc.! Just picked it up today and I am one happy "muthafather"!

But, I'm already thinking about mod's. So the question is; does anybody know where I can purchase the OEM Rear Bumper Reflectors. They are not standard on the 530 but are on the 550. Some people hate them but, I really like the look! Any help would be considered a public service as newbies need love too!!!

My 2006 525i didn't come with them either so I went to the BMW dealership and bought a pair. $11.90 each. It's on page 5 of the 5 Series accessory brochure.

I have to agree with you. I love the look of the rear bumper reflectors!

They are not stock on the 06' 550i either.

Also, has anybody heard that the reflectors are illegal? I went to the dealership in NYC and they said they are illegal in most big citys.

Not sure if the parts guys was correct.
