saw my first e61 in silver grey with black int today. (i have titanium grey with beige). i loved the silver grey and thought long and hard about getting it, but i really wanted beige int and it just doesnt work with the lighter grey. the one i saw today was very dirty and i have to say it made me feel very good about my choice. the silver grey looks very "washed out" and not very distinctive when it is dirty. dont get me wrong, when the silver grey is clean i really like it--but frankly the titan grey is a bit more aggressive color (for lack of better wording) which i think is helpful with the wagon body style. i still say for user friendliness eie. looking good in all conditions it is hard to argue with good old titanium silver...

i had the same problem choosing between the silver grey or titanium silver. i thought about it long for a long time and in the end i chose the titanium silver and was very happy that i did. the silver grey looks good but i think it picks up a lot of different colors meaning that when you see it outside compared to it being itside the showroom, it looks totally different and that way i chose the titanium. trust me the titanium color looks very different and it stands alot better to.

titanium grey not titanium silver. my point was that i saw a silver grey e61 wagon and itw as very dirty and i thought the silver grey looked very washed out and not distinctive. titanium grey is more distinctive than the silver grey and looks better on the wagon. imho. titanium silver is the best if you cant keep it clean. i am a bit bored by straight silver though at this point. i just had it on an audi a4 avant for 7 years.

tatanium gray was my choice as well -- I felt the "wagon" needed a little buching-up. MY car... not the wife's!
