Hello Everyone,
I'm a previous BMW owner 325i and X5 - and I am looking at the new Infiniti M35 sport and it has a lot more for the money vs. the 5 series BMW. My concern is that if I buy the Infiniti I will for sure miss the handling of the BMW. Did anyone else out there look at the Infiniti M before buying the 5 series? If so what did you think????
Any comments or comparisons would be helpful.

They have a G35 which is targeted at the 330.
They have an M45 which is targeted at the 545/550.
It's a no brainer for me...... this car is a Nissan! It will never be a BMW! It came in last place in a recent Head-to-Head with BMW, Mercedes, Cadillac and I think Lexus.

I'd go for the 530 because I could do euro delivery and get a manual trans. If I dind't care about those things, I'd get the M. FWIW, I thinnk the 5 has a nicer exterior- but the interiors on both sort of suck.

I'm sure you've driven both - and know already that the M doesn't have the same "drive quality" that the 5er does.

The M35 has consistently beaten the other cars you mention, Car and Driver even gave it a first place.
I've driven it, it's wonderful, if I were in the market for a five, I'd certainly try an Infiniti M before dismissing it out of hand as a Nissan.
