One under the drivers seat and one under the passenger seat.

is it mounted right under the seats or is it mounted under the floor board under the seats

well i check and the only thing thats under my seat is the carpet. maybe in the 2006 5 series the subs are mounted some where else? don't really know but i do know that i have the logic 7 system

The subs are under the driver's seat. How do you know for certain that you have Logic-7??
