Can anyone tell me how to reset the trip odometer?
Just picked up my car on Saturday and I was wondering how to clear the trip odometer from the instrument cluster. I found how to reset it via the iDrive but, it is still showing up on the instrument cluster display as a running total of the miles driven, in addition to the odometer reading. This may be a stupid question but I can't find out how to reset it there. In my MDX I just hit a reset button and the onboard computer and the instrument cluster reset giving me new readings after each fill up. Is there a way to do this on the 5 Series?

There's a reset button on the instrument cluster to the lower left of the speedometer. Pushing it resets the trip odometer. You can't see it?
