 Post CIP 19.01 software?

I got a call from my service adviser this afternoon. She informed me that yet-to-be-released software was being rushed from BMWNA and that it would fix the stereo/sound/speaker problem I've talked about on a different thread down the page. I told her this was great news that BMW knows what the problem is (making a statement but really asking a question - ya know). She replied "I hope so." I remain optimistic this will fix the problem but given history and her less than enthusiastic response I'm left less than convinced.

Does anyone have any information on this latest software release and what other problems it addresses?

I checked last night and the SI bulletin for the CIP is still showing 19.01. I'll keep an eye out to see if it updates.

By the way I had the audio muting problem right after getting 19.01 but I don't anymore (I think). I reset my Sirius presets and the car did sit for a few days (meaning it definitely went to "sleep") but I don't know why that would make a difference. On the other hand I've had two instances now where my warning chime (keys in ignition, speed limit exceeded, fasten seat belts stupid, etc.) has stopped working but starts again shortly thereafter. Maybe the mute virus migrated to my warning chime! Must be bird flu.
