How much should I pay for 530i

Am shoping for an 06 530i manual with sports package, premium package, Nav, cold weather package with rear heated seats, premium sound and sunshade. Am getting quotes in around 54K but hope to get a better deal. Any idea if 54K is a good deal?

Not an exact comparison, but... I got my 2006 530i (built in April'05) with sports package, 6-speed manual transmission, fold-down rear seats, and the sunshades (I live in AZ) in late May'05 and I was out the door at $54.8k, including tax and license. Price was $49.5k, tax, license, and fees around $5.3k. I think I might have saved another $500 if I had negotiated really hard, but that is not my thing. Add your options to mine and see where it puts you...

Cheers, Jon.

Go to www.kbb.com and price your car with options. I think 3-3.5% over dealer invoice is a fair price. In my case (2006 530i, steptronic, premium package, sports package, premium sound) my car's invoice was $50,120 and MSRP was $54,370. I negotiated a selling price of $51,875 which is 3.5% over dealer invoice and equates to the dealer making $1,755 on the car. Some will say I could have done better but I was happy with the price. Hope this helps...
