Anyone else having these issues with 545i?

I have a 2004 545i - sport package, auto. I reviewed the threads but didn't see anything related to what my car issues may be. I've had my car in for service a couple times but the service center says they "can't duplicate the problems." Don't even get me started on my local "customer-friendly, service-oriented" service center....
1) In the morning, after less than 1 mile of driving a cold engine, I'll come to a stop sign, stop, and then slightly press the accelerator to go. The car "jumps/jerks" violently, wheels squeal a tiny bit and then everything's fine. It only happens once in the morning and doesn't happen every morning. Any ideas what this might be and what I might do to correct it?
2) When I'm accelerating from a dead stop (not stomping on the pedal) and I'm in DS, my auto transmission shifts late. Going 20 - 40 MPH, my RPMs rev up to 5-6k before it shifts automatically. It used to shift much earlier. Again, any idea what this is and how to fix it?
3) I'll be in M2 - M3 and I get this "growling" sound coming from underneath that didn't used to be there. I was able to duplicate this sound for a service supervisor who thought it might be a loose belt, but then when I went to pick up the car, he said it was normal. I respectfully disagreed, citing that the noise did not used to be there. Help!! And thanks for your help in advance.

A software update will resolve your tranny slam.
