Help: Seems like a good deal 530?

I was considering 550 ED and went to dealer today to do some test drive of sport pkg. I fell in love with the 530 sport he let me try (now I truly know what a BMW sporting machine is even without the huge V8). Before leaving, I asked him what kind of deal he can do on 2006 530 I drove. He offered $XXXX under invoice, his invoice being 6.5%. When compared against the US invoice and ED invoice price sheet on this site, this appears to be a great deal. And appear to be a better than what others have been getting. We didn't put anything on paper yet so this may change.

Note: these cars are w/o the start-button of later 2006, I didn't think the later updates were that major, if I can walk off the lot with a reasonable deal today.

The dealers are not open this morning yet, if you guys all think this is a great deal and if the later 2006 updates don't justify the wait, and if I can find a dealer who don't put on the damn front plates, I can be driving a new BMW this afternoon!

HELP!!!

ED is without a doubt the best way for you to fall even more in love with the car, so I would suggest waiting for the ED. It will be well worth it!!!
