Wait Time
Odered my 530Xi on August 18. I was told 6 weeks for delivery. It is already two and the owners circle site (which I dont think tells much) says it is still on order. Does anyone know approximately how long this will take my guess is more like 8 weeks until delivery is that a fair estimate. What were some other wait times in the New York area? It truly is killing me, this will be my first BMW and of course all I see on the road now is BMW's.  | | Reply » Wait Time |

For my last car, it showed my car ,,ready for delivery`` or something like that 6 mos. after redelivery in the States (this was E.D.).
Don´t go by that.
Your car could very well have been built by know and the computer just doesn´t know it.

I got my 545i in 6 weeks.
If yours takes longer, you can always throw a tantrum.

YOU JUST NEED TO BE PATIENT, IM ALSO WAITING FOR MY 550, I HAVE HEARD PEOPLE WAIT 4-5 MONTHS FOR THERE CAR, BUT IT ALL DEPENDS ON THE DEALERSHIP THAT YOU ORDERED THE CAR FROM. IF THEY HAVE ENOUGH VEHICLES ALOCATED TO THEM (KIND OF LIKE BLANKS, THAT YOU CUSTOMIZE UPON ORDER), YOU WILL HAVE YOUR CAR IN THE 6 WEEK PERIOD. ALLOCATION DEPENDS ON THE DEALERS RATING WITH BMWNA. GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY YOUR NEW PERFORMANCE MACHINE!!!
