Where is the official "I hate the red turn signals opposed to amber turn signals on the rear of the E90 thread"? Seriously, why did they do this? I assume that in Germany / rest of the world they flash amber….is this correct? For styling they could make the whole tail light assembly red but still flash amber for better visibility I would think. |

I agree. The solid red is a silly idea and a significant step backwords in safety.

Yea, red turn signals, no dip stick, and no spare tire are all little details that make me go hmmmmmm, is BMW really doing the 'right' thing with the E90.

I'm not at all happy with BMWs progress...
New interiors look like a park bench, flat front, no style, less comfortable seats, ugly rear lights, ugly front lights, boring front spoiler, crummy rims, no dip stick, no spare, blah

Quote: | no spare tire! thats insane | MZ3s have been this wy since 1998, and M3s since 2001. And I think the E39 M5 series also. Not to mention Corvettes and several other cars.
In the new cars, it called run flats. In the MZ3s and M3s its called a Mobility Kit, goop and a compressor.
