According to the XM web site, BMW dealers sell a kit to integrate with the oem radio. Has anyone used this system instead of Sirius in there new 5 series? Thanks

I was wondering if the sat radio ready option allowed XM to be adapted to the system

I looked on the XM site but could not find a search capbility to look for BMW. Where did you find it? THey may be referring to the Aux-In connector, which allows for a line-out from an audio device to go through the system. However this does not address the antenna question...I am told that the Shark Fin contains an antenna tuned to Sirius frequency, but this is not definite...I'd love to wire my XM2GO car base unit into the car...any further info, please let us know! I just got feedback on the E60 forum from someone that said it won't integrate into the oem radio. This is really bad since XM is a must have on my next car. This limits my choices, alot! Now what to do.......Buy an Audi or a Cadillac???
