Well it depends...if u want more luxury..wit more space and big daddy seatin, ya go wit the 5 series...if ur a smaller guy i would go wit the new 3 series....its so nice and u'd be one of the first few wit it....GL

Thanks | I'd skip both just because I know 2004 e60's are a little quirky and a first year prod 330 is an unknown quantity in terms of gremlins.

If you don't need the bigger car...no question in my mind: the 330i. If you wait a few months you'll most likely get a better deal.

I'm sure you know that those two cars are very different beasts--you are trying to figure out if you should buy an old orange or a new apple.
arnolds has a great point...both are first year production cars...bound to have issues with either one. To be frank, had it not been for the awesome lease deals BMW was handing out for the 545i, I wouldn't have gotten the second year production of the E60...I would have waited at least another year.
