Have a 545i - i go from automatic to sport , where i drive in the most , to sometimes manual shift - a pretty significant slip in the transmission has resulted - BMW said software related , but now wondering if not mechanical and more serious - has anyone else experienced and have you had repaired to good order etc - thnx .
