Lease Deals on 545i
Hi,
I am exploring leasing a new 545i and I wanted to see what kind of deals were people able to get on their cars. Any feedback is appreciated.

MF of 0.001 is what you should fight for.
I think you can get 1k-2k over dealer invoice.
I forget what the residuals are now for 3yr/36k but mine was 61% when I leased my car back in March. I think it may be at 59% or even 57% now BUT, the price of the car has dropped a little bit since then, too.
Acquisition fee should be $625...but BMWFS allows dealers to charge up to $825 here. Any more than $625 is profit for the dealer. In other words, if you make a deal for 2k over invoice and they charge you $825 for the acquisition fee, you are really paying 2200 over invoice but may not realize it. 
Attached are the MSRP and wholesale (invoice) prices effective March 1. I believe they are still good.
