My 545 has "satellite prep" and I'd like to get a satellite radio installed. Any ideas on which one should I get? I assume you can just get these at any electronics store and it is easy to install?

The Satellite Prep option is only designed to work with the factory Sirius kit. You'd have to buy it from your dealer and install it yourself or have them install it.
Of course, some have been able to install aftermarket kits by using adapters or figuring out a creative install.
