i bouth a k&n intake

and how can i know that the filter is k&N??? there is no sign of k&n on the filter.

and on that pipe there's a hole, is that for the sensor ???

looking at the setup it doesnt look like a K&N system to me, one it would say and two just doesnt look like it. Two there is nothing wrong with the stock system, it is just as good as the one you bought

the guy said it's k&n but i don't see k&n on it.and the pipe looks like i made it.

and you say i should stay with the original intake????

i would, the factory setup is just as good as the suppose k&n one that you bought, i am running the factory one on my car and we have have a enclosed setup for our 95 325i ITS SCCA race car. i know there are other threads out here talking about aftermarket and factory ones. Just because the guy said it was doent mean that it is one. Just research, if you want to use it use it if not resale it on ebay

Do you have it already? If it is an actual K&N filter it WILL have the little K&N logo on there somewhere.....but I haven't seen one of their filters that wasn't red You could probably still use that setup and go to a local car store and buy a quality filter to go with it if you are worried.
