So I go out to meet some friends for dinner. Drive around and around..saw a LOADING ONLY spot...me being the smarty that read and confirmed that Loading Only spot are ONLY valid during normal business hours. So I park there... 2 hours later...go to my car and find a TICKET! My friends all make fun of me...told you so! You cant park in a loading zone...blah blah..I get in my car FUMING! I read it..and what do you think it says? NO FRONT PLATE!!!!!  $25 Give me a friggin break! and I saw the bastard that did it...I saw a parking enforcement dude drive by after 8PM and I was thinking why is he cruising around? It is free parking now. I swear..what a bogus ticket...how is that HELPING SOCIETY and HELPING ENFORCE PARKING?? Such a stupid ticket....I am soooo mad!!! |

The "two plate" law has been in force as long as I can remember, which is much longer than red light cameras have been in existence.

The images must be a bit hard to interpret sometimes. How do you identify the driver from behind?
The ones here take two images, perhaps 1/3 s apart, as you enter the intersection: to get a good picture of the car, driver, front license plate and circumstances, and to establish how late you entered and how fast.
Did you get my email from Tuesday about the controller?
