Anybody use it? What all can they "get" you? How far above market price for getting it through them?

I have used the concierge service a number of times for gift suggestions, and to look up answers when I was not near the internet. The gift suggestions were based off of places like Red Envelope, and there was not any BMW markup on the prices. They just provided the URLs to the pages.
