HI
I just bought a 2006 325i and the car has no owner's manual. Is this something that I have to order separately or it should come with the car?

If you didn't get one (weird) you can go to the BMW Owner's Circle on www.bmwusa.com and sign up using you VIN # and your manual will be available to be viewed online, but still go back to teh dealer and get your manual!

You should have gotten one but.. if you look there is a sticky on this site with a .pdf of the owners manual, the E90 3 series is otherwise not available for d/l from the owner's lounge yet. Best of Luck!
